The staff at the Crow's Nest were super friendly and the service was excellent. I mentioned to a lady at the front desk that we wanted our room cleaned and it was done promptly.

Our room was perfect for our family. It had a king bed, kitchenette and living room with a sofa bed and Murphy bed which was perfect for a family of 4. Beds were very clean and comfortable.

Some staff members were friendly and helpful. Others were less than helpful and hard to get ahold of. I did have to call to house-keeping to get my sheets changed; it wasn't a big deal though.
